These Terms of Service govern your use of the LifePilot online store and your purchase of products from LifePilot. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
1. Store Use
You may use the LifePilot store only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use the store or its products in violation of applicable law.
2. Customer Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing an order, including your email, billing information, and shipping address. You are responsible for reviewing order details before submitting your purchase.
3. Products and Availability
LifePilot sells vehicle, roadside-preparedness, charging, organization, lighting, tire-care, and related products. Product descriptions, specifications, images, compatibility information, colors, and package contents are provided in good faith based on information available to us and our suppliers. Minor appearance differences can occur. Where a product requires vehicle, device, voltage, size, or other compatibility, the customer is responsible for reviewing the listed compatibility information before use.
Products and inventory can change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct listing errors, or cancel an order when an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, affected by a supplier error, or cannot lawfully or safely be fulfilled.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and other disclosed charges are calculated according to the information shown at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors before fulfillment and will contact you when appropriate if an order is affected.
5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory problems, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, product-safety concerns, or legal requirements. If we cancel a paid order before shipment, the amount due back will be refunded to the original payment method as required by applicable law.
6. Shipping and Third-Party Fulfillment
LifePilot uses third-party fulfillment and logistics providers, including CJdropshipping and associated carriers. Shipping origin can vary by product and inventory. Processing estimates, shipping rates, tracking, delays, and other delivery details are described in our Shipping Policy.
7. Returns and Refunds
Return, replacement, cancellation, and refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy. Do not ship a return without prior authorization because the correct return destination can differ from the address shown on the package or store.
8. Safe and Proper Product Use
LifePilot products are intended to support everyday driving and roadside preparedness; they are not a substitute for emergency services, professional automotive repair, medical care, or manufacturer-approved procedures. Follow all product instructions, warnings, vehicle or device manufacturer guidance, and applicable laws. Stop using a product if it appears damaged, overheated, unsafe, or incompatible.
9. Intellectual Property
The LifePilot name, branding, store text, graphics, photographs, design elements, and other content owned by LifePilot may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission, except as permitted by law. Third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The store may rely on Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment services, carriers, analytics services, and other third parties. Those services may have their own terms and policies. LifePilot is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control, subject to rights and responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided without warranties beyond warranties expressly stated by LifePilot, the product manufacturer or supplier, or warranties that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifePilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products where such liability can lawfully be limited. This section does not limit liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our store, products, services, suppliers, or legal obligations. The updated version will be posted with a revised date. Changes do not remove rights that have already accrued under applicable law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the State of Florida, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
