Online Store
LifePilot operates an ecommerce store offering consumer products, including roadside essentials, electric bikes, electric scooters, and ride-on vehicles.
You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful purpose or violate applicable laws while using our services.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, photographs, pricing, and availability accurately.
Product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, display, manufacturing changes, or supplier updates.
Certain specifications—including estimated range, maximum speed, battery performance, charging time, and similar performance figures—may vary based on operating conditions, rider weight, terrain, weather, maintenance, and other factors.
Prices and Orders
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, or other errors before an order is fulfilled.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order when reasonably necessary because of inventory availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate operational reasons.
If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Payment
Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

Shipping and Delivery

LifePilot works with multiple fulfillment partners and warehouses. Products in the same order may therefore arrive in separate shipments.

Electric Bikes, Electric Scooters, and Ride-On Vehicles
Certain LifePilot products are motorized vehicles capable of significant speeds.
Customers are responsible for determining whether ownership and operation of a product are permitted in their location and for complying with applicable laws, regulations, age requirements, licensing or registration requirements, and riding restrictions.
Riders should follow manufacturer instructions and use appropriate protective equipment.
Children using ride-on products should be appropriately supervised by a responsible adult.
Product Use and Safety
Products must be assembled, charged, maintained, stored, and operated according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Do not modify electrical, battery, braking, charging, or safety systems contrary to manufacturer instructions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LifePilot is not responsible for injury or property damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper assembly, failure to follow safety instructions, or use contrary to applicable laws.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Third-Party Products and Services
Some products may be manufactured, stored, shipped, or serviced by third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners.
Third-party services, payment providers, carriers, and external websites may also have their own terms and policies.
Intellectual Property
LifePilot branding, website content, graphics, text, logos, and other original materials owned by LifePilot may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission, except as permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the website to commit fraud, interfere with the website or its security, transmit malicious software, collect information unlawfully, impersonate another person, or engage in activities prohibited by applicable law.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide reliable products and accurate information, but we do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption or error.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LifePilot INC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.
